Meatballs - My Quick & Easy Recipe

Ingredients:

2.5 lb (1kg) ground beef

1/2 cup uncooked oats (or breadcrumbs)

1/3 cup milk

1/2 cup onion, diced

1/4 cup garlic minced

1 teaspoon Oregano

1/2 teaspon thyme

1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped (or 1 Tablespoon dried)

1 egg

1/4 cup shredded parmesan

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 deg. Celcius)

2. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients

3. Shape mixture into 25 to 30 meatballs

4. Bake 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.
